Weight: Hel-lo! This blog is titled "Break the Scale" in part because I think we are all too focused on the numbers. I am not comfortable at my current size and my clothes are tight. I think you can be 450lbs or 160lbs and still need to create a healthier lifestyle. So there!
BMI: 34 (Okay, okay, so I do know my weight - to calculate the Body Mass Index - but I plan to be focused elsewhere and only weigh myself once in a blue moon.
Current Size: This all depends on the store, the brand, the outfit in question. . . you know how that goes, right ladies? In general terms, I'm about a size 20 or a 2X right now. My goal is to get out of the specialty shops. That would be the sweet smell of success.
